We were able to explore the sustainable aquaculture farms that raise some of the world’s very best Tilapia, witness first-hand the extremely intricate processes responsible for producing a product we are proud to sell, and meet a local chef who welcomed us into his home to join him for a meal.

The opportunity to see one of our products come directly from its source and into Don Cesare’s handmade smoker was incredibly gratifying.
