New Zealand Baked Mussels

Spoon the marinara sauce on the mussels.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Drizzle olive oil on top and chopped parsley.

Bake mussels on 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.

Serve hot.

2 lb Panamei New Zealand Mussels, thawed
2 Tbsp marinara sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped
Olive oil
