Dip De Cangrejo Con Crostini
- 1 lb Carne de Cangrejo Panamei
- 16 oz de queso crema, batido
- 1 lata pequeña de chiles verdes, escurridos y picados
- 1 taza de tomate, sin semillas y picados
- 1 diente de ajo pequeño, triturado
- 1/2 taza de crema de leche
- 2 cdas de jugo de limón fresco
- 1 cdta de salsa Worcestershire
- 1 cdta de salsa picante
- 1/4 cdta de pimienta roja, molida
- 1/4 cdta de sal
- 1/4 cdta de pimienta
- Adornar: perejil fresco, picado
Combine all ingredients except Crab Meat in a large nonstick skillet; place over
low heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Gently fold in crabmeat. Spoon into serving bowl, and garnish, if desired.
Serve with toasted French bread.
