Shrimp and Crab Nachos

1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp Panamei
1 lb crabmeat Panamei
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
¾ cup sour cream
1 bunch of green onions, sliced
1 bag (9oz) of corn tortilla chips
3 cups grated pepper jack cheese
½ cup sliced pickled jalapeño

Using a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Add the shrimp, garlic and sautée for 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.

Using a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab, sour cream, and green onions.

Spread the tortilla chips on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.

Top with the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and top with green onions

Broil for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Serve immediately.
