Kanikama Salad Recipe by Chef Norma Berrios Watch the step by step video and read the complete recipe on Ensalpicadas.com INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS 15-16 Panamei Kanikama crab sticks (thawed) 2 1/2 Tablespoons mayonnaise 1/2 Tablespoon ponzu sauce (optional) 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon honey 1/2–1 teaspoon sriracha (+ to taste if you like it spicy) 1/2–1 tablespoon orange juice Avocado cubes Sesame seeds (optional) Pickle slices (optional) 1/2 Orange slice (to garnish) Remove the wrappers from the Kanikama sticks and, using your fingers, separate them into strings. Place them in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, ponzu, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, and orange juice. Mix the crab sticks with the dressing and then add the avocado in pieces. Combine gently. Top with sesame seeds and garnish with pickle and orange slices (optional). Share this recipe
